The initial consultation is where Julia can assess the complexity of your alterations and give you a reasonable feedback of what can be achieved.
Unfortunately, not all ideas can be translated in an alterations services.
Fabric and structure of the dress, plus the time frame to achieve a vision are BIG FACTORS when determining whether or not a project can be done.
